Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14827 of 2018 dated 07.06.2018 on the file of this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LITA SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14827 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC in crime No.569 of 2018, while granting bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
