This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions imposed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet in Crl.M.P.No.1268 of 2025 dated 12.05.2025 for executing a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- also with two government sureties ( Tamil Nadu State Government Employee) Salary after deduction not less than Rs.1,00,000/-.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, for non-appearance before the trial Court, NBW was issued and since the petitioner was already in Jail in another case, PT warrant was executed and the petitioner was produced in S.C.No.304 of 2024 on 13.03.2025. The trial Court had granted bail to the petitioner on 12.05.2025 in C.M.P.No.1268 of 2025 on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- also with two government sureties ( Tamil Nadu State Government Employee) Salary after deduction not less than Rs.1,00,000/- and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further. Though petitioner had been granted bail, due to the conditions imposed, petitioner was not able to execute sureties and still in prison. 2/4

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above conditions to effect that the petitioner petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties and the petitioner shall appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu in respect of S.C.No.304 of 2024 every Monday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 01.07.2025 sma 3/4
