2. It is seen that the suit is filed for declaration and permanent injunction and the suit is filed in the year 2015 and it is pending for more than 10 years. Though judgment was reserved on 19.01.2024, thereafter, the matter has been posted for clarification and judgment has not been pronounced.

3. In view of the above, the District Munsif, Sriperumbudur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.175 of 2015, by delivering judgment, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
