This is an application for condonation of delay of 11 days in filing the appeal.

2. We have heard M/s.Kavitha Nithyanandan, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for the non-applicants/respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondents 3 and 4 are served by private notice.

4. Mr.Abishek Jenasenan, learned counsel appears and takes notice for respondent No.3 and Ms.Subharanjani Ananth, learned counsel, takes notice for respondent No.4.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
