This petition has been filed to implead Boomithan Board/proposed respondent as third respondent in the writ petition.

2. Considering the fact that the property of the proposed respondent is also included in the compromise decree, they also should be heard. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and Boomithan Board is impleaded as the third respondent in the writ petition.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
