Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 (1) (b) Cr.P.C. praying to modify the condition that the petitioner/A10 shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. and shall sign until further orders into that the petitioner/A10 shall appear before the Chettipalayam Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., and shall sign until further orders in the order passed by the Vacation Sessions Judge, Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Erode in Crl.M.P.No.1544 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner/A10 shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 1/4

a.m. and 5.00 p.m. and shall sign until further orders into that the petitioner/A10 shall appear before the Chettipalayam Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., and shall sign until further orders in the order passed by the Vacation Sessions Judge, Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Erode in Crl.M.P.No.1544 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Chettipalayam Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., and shall sign until further orders.
