This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to record the death of the 1st plaintiff and record the plaintiffs 2 to 6 as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st plaintiff.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
