O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed to regularise the service of the petitioner with effect from 1/6/1999 in the light of the orders passed by this Court against the Transport Corporations in W.P.Nos.18581 to 18586 of 2009 dated 6/4/2011, W.A.Nos.2642 to 2655 of 2012 dated 2/2/2018, W.P.No.17831 of 2020 dated 21/6/2021 and W.P.(MD) No.2652 of 2008 and 2069 to 2072 of 2013 dated 30/8/2022 and also in view of the settlement arrived under Section 12 (3) of the Industrial Disputes Act..
2. According to the petitioner, he has put in more than 240 days of service and by virtue of the same, he is entitled to be regularised in service. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent had entered into a settlement under Section 12 (3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, to regularise the service of the employees, who had completed 240 days, to get the same relief. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.D.Soundar Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sivasubramani, learned counsel for the respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on the claim of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner from 1/6/1999 in the light of the order passed by this Court against the Transport Corporations in W.P.Nos.18581 to 18586 of 2009 dated 6/4/2011, W.A.Nos.2642 to 2655 of 2012 dated 2/2/2018, W.P.No.17831 of 2020 dated 21/6/2021 and W.P.(MD) Nos.2652 of 2008 and 2069 to 2072 of 2013 dated 30/8/2022 and in view of the settlement arrived under Section 12 (3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
