PRAKASH CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.9741 of 2018 IN CRL OP.18513/2018 P.MANIMEHALAI [ PETITIONER ] Vs SHEIK DAWOOD MARAICAIR [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Original Petition Number18513/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to dispense with the personal apperance of the petitioner herein in C.C.No.66 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate II, Karaikal.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.18513/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PALANI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner shall surrender before the Trial Court with a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and execute a bond u/s.88 Cr.P.C. for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) without sureties and that the petitioner shall engage an Advocate and give an undertaking that she will appear before the trial Court, in the event of the Crl.O.P.No.18513 of 2018 getting dismissed. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner before the Trial Court is dispensed with, until the dismissal of the Criminal Original Petition.

Post along with Crl.O.P.No.11801 of 2018.
