This petition is filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18022 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29110 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
