J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN ,J., This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file the Writ Appeal.

2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is a third party to the lis. The 1st respondent was already aware 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

C.M.P.No.14697 of 2025 that the petitioner herein had purchased the subject lands as early as on 28.12.2018. However, he obtained an order from this Court without his knowledge by allegedly arraying the father of the petitioner as a party, who has got nothing to do with the lands. Hence, he seeks to grant leave to the petitioner to put forth his contention.
