ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 18.09.2021 within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2021 and after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issuance of notice to the third respondent and giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
