ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard on application for condonation of delay of 60 days in filing the appeal.

2. Considering the short period of delay and also the cause shown, though prayer is opposed by learned counsel for the respondent, we are inclined to condone the delay.
