ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that appropriate order will be passed by the 2nd respondent pursuant to the proposal of the 3rd respondent dated 22.06.2020 and the proposal sent by the Co-operative Sub Registrar to the 2nd respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
