ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 19.06.2023 and to forbear the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 in O.S.No.419 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Sirkali in respect of the suit property.
2. Heard Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.
