Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm every day until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 14824 of 2018 by order dated 29.6.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIVEKANANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14824 of 2018 dated 29.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m.,and 5.30.p.m until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14824 of 2018 dated 29.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
