Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.8673 & 8674 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.15886 & 15885 of 2018 dated 29/06/2018 directing the Petitioner to stay at Tirunelveli and to report before the Tirunelveli Town Police Station daily at 10.30 AM and 5.30 PM until further orders in Crime No.64 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner [ IN BOTH THE PETITIONS ] and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent [ IN BOTH THE PETITIONS ] the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.Nos.8673 and 8674 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.Nos.15885 & 15886 of 2018 dated 28.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Tirunelveli Town police Station daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30.p.m, until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.Nos.8673 and 8674 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.Nos.15885 & 15886 of 2018 dated 28.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
