ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the "Sections 115(2) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023" instead of Sections 115(1) and 351(1) of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita in the anticipatory bail petition and in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.15217 of 2025 dated 02.06.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in an order dated 02.06.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15217 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.
