This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.3063 of 2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner that there was theft of his motorcycle, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.3063 of 2015 on 24.09.2015 under Section 379 IPC against unknown accused. Since the Police have not been able to fix the accused and recover the motorcycle, no direction as prayed for can be granted. However, the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation in Crime No.3063 of 2015. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, in charge of S8, Adambakkam Police Station, Chennai is directed to monitor the investigation in Adambakkam Police Station Crime No.3063 of 2015.
