This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to directing the respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No.45/2015 dated 23.03.2015 within the stipulated time. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.45 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent police. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
