ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to provide adequate police protection for construction compound wall in the land comprised in S.No.367/2B2 to the extent 0.4.0 ares in Acre 0.10 cents situated at Gudalur Village, Sholingar Taluk, Ranipet District based on the petitioners representation dated 4.6.2026 and pass such further or other orders.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on both sides and perused the materials available on records.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the rth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and conduct an enquiry, after issuing due notice to the counter parties and pass appropriate orders to provide police protection within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
