This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8750 of 2023 dated 19.06.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
