ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 363, 368, 366, 376(3) & 376(2) of I.P.C & Section 9, 10 & 11 of Child Marriage Act in Crime No. 20 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the marriage was performed between A1 who is the son of A2 & A3 and the daughter of A4 & A5 on 25.04.2021 and that now the victim girl is 3 months pregnant. Since the victim girl is a minor one, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioners.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. The learned Government Advocate submitted that A1 is arrested and remanded to Judicial custody and that the other petitioners are absconded and further there are six previous cases pending against the petitioners. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioners and as there are six previous cases pending against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
