Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner shall report the respondents police dialy twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30ap.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 12570 of 2018 dated 03.05.2018, and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12570 of 2018 dated 03.05.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30.p.m until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12570 of 2018 dated 03.05.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once

in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
