Heard on the applications for impleadment of the applicants as party respondents in the writ petition.
2. It is submitted that the applicants would be affected by the outcome of the writ petitions in view of the fact that it not only challenges the avenue of promotion, but even on the pay scale and thereby, the applicants be impleaded as party respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioners initially opposed the applications, but finding a case in their favour on merit, submits that there would be no objection for the applicants to be impleaded as party respondents.
4. In view of the above, the applications for impleadment are allowed. The amended cause title be filed within a week.
