Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6245 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12749 of 2020 dated 14/10/2020 viz the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st day of every month until further orders. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SYED IBRAHIM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 20.08.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. Further, the petitioner had filed the relaxation petition and the same was modified on 14.10.2020. Further this petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 14.10.2020, alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
