This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 329 days in re-presenting of the criminal revision in Crl.RC.Sr.No.35064/2024 filed against CA.No.223 of 2019 dated 26.04.2024 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 329 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
