Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No. 1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No. 21759 of 2015 dated 05.10.2015.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.VINODH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in MP.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.21759 of 2015 dated 05.10.2015.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e on last Sunday of every month at 10.30.a.m., commencing from October 2015, until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in MP.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.21759 of 2015 dated 05.10.2015 is modified to the effect

that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi, on 01.08.2018 and thereafter, on all hearing dates, without fail, unless the absence is condoned by filing a petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
