ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbearing the respondents and their men and agents from any manner interfering with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners property in S.No. 253/7 ward I Block 44 bearing Plot No. 4, NSK street, Thalaivanar Nagar, Padi, Chennai 600 050 except by due process of law as sought vide representation dated 06.06.2025.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2025 and, after conducting enquiry and affording due opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties, pass appropriate orders on merits and in

accordance with law within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
