(The Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J) The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation has stated that the petitioner is now not running the tea stall in the place in question. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
