A.No.3622 of 2022 is filed to permit Mr.Sridharan Narayanan to examine as P.W.2 through video conference.
2.The learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff submitted that the scope of examination of the witness Mr.Sridharan Narayanan as P.W.2 is limited to the extent of just identifying the signature of his father Mr.P.Narayanan in the Will. Mr.P.Narayanan was one of the attestors in the Will. Due to his position as a Senior Consultant in Tata Consultancy Service, Think Campus, Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore and due to his pressing official engagement, he is not able to come personally to the Court for giving evidence. 3.In response to this submission, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that witness can come in person and there is no necessity for examining through video conferencing.

5.This Court finds some merits in the claim of the learned counsel for the applicant that due to his position as a Senior Consultant in TCS and his official engagement, witness Mr.Sridharan Narayanan is not able to come personally to Court for giving evidence. More over, the scope of his examination is very limited to the extent of just identifying the signature of his father in the Will as attestor.
6.In this view of the matter, this Court court is of the opinion that there is no merit in the objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondent. Thus, this Court allows this application. Send the matter to the concerned learned Additional Master for recording evidence of P.W.2 Mr.Sridharan Narayanan through video conferencing.
7.Post the matter on 12.10.2022.
