..Respondents Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to fix a prescribed time and direct the Sub Court, Thiruvallur to dispose of the E.P.No. 7 of 2021 pending on the file of Sub Court, Thiruvallur within the time fixed by this Court and pass orders. For Petitioner : Mr. C. Sankar

ORDER

This petition is filed to dispose of the E.P.No. 7 of 2021 pending on the file of Sub Court, Thiruvallur within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had filed a suit in O.S.No.52 of 2017 on the file of Sub-Court Thiruvallur seeking for declaration, recovery of possession and directing the defendants 3,5,6 and 7 to hand over the vacant possession of the suit property in favour of the plaintiff herein and the said suit was decreed in favour of the petitioner herein on 13.08.2019. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed E.P.No.7 of 2021 before the Sub Court Thiruvallur for passing an order to vacate the Respondents/ Judgment debtors 3,5,6 and 7 from the schedule mentioned property and put the petitioner/Decree Holder in vacant possession of the same and the same was pending till date. Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the E.P in the year 2019 and the same is pending for the past 4 years without any progress. Hence he prays this Court to allow this petition.

4. In view of the above, the learned Judge Sub Court, Thiruvallur District is directed to dispose the E.P.No. 7 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
