2. This Court on 25.11.2022, appointed Mr.Ponram Raja (No.710/1988) as Additional Advocate Commissioner in the place of Mr.S.Wilson and he was directed to carry out commission work as per the order in O.A.No.923 of 2017 in C.S.No.76 of 2009 dated 06.02.2019. However, inadvertently, Advocate Commissioner fees was not mentioned in the order.

3. Therefore, this Court orders that an amount of Rs.50,000/-is to be paid as Commissioner's fees directly to the Advocate Commissioner by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this order may be incorporated in the original order.
