ORDER

Mr.L.S.M. Hasan Fizal, has produced the proceedings dated 22.09.2025 of the District Collector, Coimbatore, where under the request of the petitioner has been rejected. Prior to passing of this order, the proceedings reflect that the petitioner was heard by an enquiry committee, documents were received and a report submitted to the District Collector.

As this is in compliance with the directions passed by this Court on 22.12.2023, though there has been delay in complying with the order, I am not inclined to initiate contempt. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, it is open to him to challenge the same in a manner known to law.

This contempt petition is closed.
