CRIME NO.7 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition on the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on in a month on first day of everymonth at 10.30 a.m. herein by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No. 4971 of 2018 dated 28.03.2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 4493 of 2018 dated 23.02.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MOHANA KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4971 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.4493 of 2018 dated 28.03.2016.

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the case has been charge sheeted and taken up as S.C.No.247 of 2018 and posted for trial before the Special Mahila Court, Chennai on 17.08.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4493 of 2018 dated 28.03.2016 to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Mahila Judge, Chennai, in SC.No.247 of 2018, on 17.08.2018 and thereafter, on all hearing dates, without fail, unless his absence is condoned by filing a petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
