ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders in G.O.Ms.No.247 and G.O.Ms.No.248 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to regularize the petitioners/Guest Lecturers working in Government Arts and Science Colleges as initiated vide G.O.Ms.No.56, Higher Education (F2) Department, dated 21.03.2020 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court had already dealt with a similar issue in WP.Nos.1971 of 2023 and batch and this Court, by an order dated 02.04.2024, allowed the writ petitions.

4. Therefore, in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP.Nos.1971 of 2023 and batch, dated 02.04.2024, this writ petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
