Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India,to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioners to sit for the examinations to held on 15.2.2013 in various examination centres for different courses. The petitioners seek for a Mandamus directing the respondents to permit them to sit for the examinations scheduled on 15.2.2013 in various examination centres for different courses.

2. It appears that at the time of entertaining this writ petition, no interim order, protecting the petitioners was passed. Considering the fact that the prayer sought for in this writ petition is in respect of the examination scheduled on 15.02.2013 and that the said schedule date was already over, this Court is of the view that nothing survives to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
