Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition from "that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed in the order dated 16/07/2018 made in Crl.O.P.No.17448 of 2018 to the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode".

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17448 of 2018 dated 16.07.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30.p.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17448 of 2018 dated 16.07.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Erode, daily at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
