Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide Order dated 18.06.2021 in Crl.OP.No.9052 of 2021, wherein, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. without prejudice to his defence before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District.

2. The Court granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 18.06.2021 as the petitioner on his own volition agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/-. However, now the petitioner has filed the modification petition to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.9052 of 2021 dated 18.06.2021.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the amount imposed by this Court is based on the petitioner's representation and no interferences is required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
