ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2025 for the shifting of the transformer bearing MCR No.997633 and the 2 Junction Boxes standing and obstructing the entrance of the petitioner's property in Plot No.4594 Y Block, 1st Street, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600 040.
3. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2025 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed after issuing notice to petitioner and any other interested parties, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.
4. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 01.09.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice and after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner and any other interested persons within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for receipt of certified copy of the order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the case on its own merits and in accordance with law.
