CR NO.6/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.9177 of 2021, dated 18/06/2021 in so far relates to condition imposed to deposit to the tune of Rs.25/- Lakhs and thus render justice.
Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide Order dated 29.06.2021 in Crl.OP.No.9177 of 2021, wherein, the petitioners were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- jointly without prejudice to their defence before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruppur.
2. The Court granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 29.06.2021 as the petitioners on their own volition agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/-. However, now the petitioner has filed the modification petition to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.9177 of 2021 datd 29.06.2021.
3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the amount imposed by this Court is based on the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation and no interferences is required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
