Crl.MP.No.11054 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.13701 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the Petitioners should stay at Villupuram and report the Villupuram Town Police Station , daily at 6.30 p.m., for two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondnet Police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13701 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13701 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
