ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to measure (survey) demarcate and fix the boundary in property measuring 1 3/4 cent (764 1/2 sq.feet) with a house in Plot No.178 in T.S.L.R.No.3370, Block 63, Town Survey Ward B, Patta No.60, M.G.R. Nagar, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore by considering the petitioner's online application dated 24.01.2024 in Petition No.2024/0178/12/000004.

2. The petitioner submitted application on 24.01.2024 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4

respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
