A Nos.4281, 4283 and 4285 of 2023 in C.S No.783 of 2007 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three applications have been filed by the applicant/plaintiff, i) to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 7th defendant S.R.Murugan, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 7th defendant, S.R.Murugan and iii) to bring on record the proposed parties i) Tmt.Sree Valli W/o.Late S.R.Murugan, ii) Minor Subha Karthika, represented by her mother and natural guardian Tmt.M.Sree Valli and iii) Minor Karthikeyan, represented by his mother and natural guardian Tmt.M.Sree Valli, W/o.Late S.R.Murugan, the legal heirs of the deceased 7th defendant S.R.Murugan as defendants 15 to 17 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 9 & 10 / defendants 9 & 10 has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
