This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.M.P.No.12184 in Crl.O.P.No.14709 of 2022 order dated 05.08.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that this Court has already extended the time in Crl.O.P.No.14709 of 2022 on 05.08.2022.

This is the second extension petition, to execute the sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 09.09.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
