Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the fourth respondent culminating in the (1) communication, dated 20.04.2005 reference No.P(a) 135/III/RR/Cleaners/Vol.III transferring the Petitioners to the Electrical Division, and the subsequent consequential communication dated 02.08.2005, quash the same and to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the Petitioners in the Canteen Department where the Petitioners are working since 01.08.1987 in terms of the direction of the Supreme Court in C.W.P.19 of 1986.

O R D E R
The petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the order of communication passed by the 4th Respondent/Chief Personnel Officer, dated 20.04.2005 in reference No.P(a) 135/III/RR/Cleaners/Vol.III transferring the Petitioners to the Electrical Division and the subsequent consequential communication dated 02.08.2005 and seeking to quash the same and to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the Petitioners in the Canteen Department where the Petitioners are working since 01.08.1987 in terms of the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in C.W.P.19 of 1986.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the writ petition has become infructuous since the petitioners were absorbed in the Electrical Department and their services were regularized. However, the other benefits are not disbursed. Hence, the petitioners may be permitted to raise all their issues before the Competent Authorities. 3.
In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to raise all their issues before the Competent Authorities.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
