ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of I.P.C, in Crime No.66 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's father died in the year 1996. It is alleged that the petitioner along with others had encumbered the property by producing forged death certificate. Based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the case was registered against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no way connected with the occurrence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner committed a forgery by producing forged death certificate. He further submits that all the accused are absconding and the investigation is at initial stage.
