[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order dated 04.11.2016 passed in Memo No.1154/BCDFGISSSV/2016 against the detenue by name, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rajeshkumar, S/o.Selvam by the Detaining Authority who has been arrayed as second respondent herein and quash the same.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not present.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the Detention Order in question has been quashed and to that effect, a copy of G.O.Rt.No.6443 dated 22.12.2016 is submitted.

4. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
