This petition has been filed to relax bail condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30AM until further orders in Crl.A.No.638 of 2022 dated12.07.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30.a.m., for a period of six months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
