The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction the respondents herein to grant permission to the petitioner to run a bunk shop in push cart near Police Quarters, G.N.Chetty Road, Kamarajarpuram, Chennai - 600 017 within the time fixed by this Court.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
